Yong Mei Ching Malaysia

Dr Yong obtained her medical degree from National University of Malaysia in 2008 and membership to the Royal College Physician, United Kingdom in year 2013. She completed her Respiratory Medicine sub-specialty training in Malaysia in 2020. She also underwent fellowship for sleep medicine in Department of Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Physiology, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth in 2019. She is a certified Somnologist-Expert in Sleep Medicine by the European Sleep Research Society as well as International Sleep Disorders Specialist by World Sleep Society since 2023. Currently, she is practising in Sarawak General Hospital as a respiratory physician. Dr Yong’s area of special interest include diagnostic and therapy for sleep disordered breathing, non-invasive ventilation, telemedicine in sleep medicine and cardiopulmonary exercise test.
