Chen Ye Hong Malaysia

Dr Chen graduated from National University Singapore (NUS). She founded Family Care Dental Clinic and works as a dentist for thirty over years. Dr Chen was the first dentist in Malaysia who attained Diplomate and International Certificant status by ABDSM (American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine). Dr Chen also completed her Graduate Diploma in Dental Sleep Medicine (CoLDS) lately. Dr Chen is also the first dentist in Malaysia who completed Adult and Paediatric Dental Sleep Medicine Residency as well as Dental Sleep & Orofacial Pain Preceptorship Program from Tuft University (USA) under guidance and mentorship of A/P Dr Leopoldo Correa and Prof Dr. Noshir Mehta. She learnt about Buteyko Breathing from Patrick McKeown and obtained certificate in Buteyko Clinic Method, CertBBM, Dr Chen is currently a certified Buteyko Breathing International Instructor, Dr Chen is an experienced sleep dentist and had started to provide variety of treatment for patients with sleep disorder since 2017. Being passionate in education, she had started her own page focusing on dental sleep medicine, in which she provided various of information on sleep medicine to the public, raising the awareness on the importance of sleep in improving overall health of a person. Due to her active movement in promoting dental sleep medicine, she was being invited to attend Asia Pacific Dental Sleep Medicine KOLs Fellowship Day in Singapore. She co-established Dentsleep International (The First Dental Sleep Medicine Academy in Malaysia) with the mission to bring to South East Asia multidisciplinary Dental Sleep Medicine programs ,tailored for dentists interested in managing adult & pediatric sleep disordered breathing. She recently established Malaysia Dentofacial Sleep Society and serves as founding president.
