Rosnida Mohd Noh

Dr Rosnida Mohd Noh is a medical professional and academician, currently serving as the Head of the Infectious Diseases Unit and the Antimicrobial Stewardship Team at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). With an extensive background in infectious diseases, Dr Rosnida has dedicated part of her career to advancing antimicrobial stewardship, promoting the judicious use of antibiotics, and combating the escalating threat of antimicrobial resistance.

Dr Rosnida earned her medical degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She further specialised in internal medicine with a Master's degree from the University of Malaya, followed by the Ministry of Health ID training program. She has worked in New Zealand and Australia, where she gained invaluable international experience.

At UiTM, Dr Rosnida leads a multidisciplinary antimicrobial stewardship team that includes pharmacists, clinical microbiologists, and IT specialists. The team is committed to implementing evidence-based practices to optimise antimicrobial use and enhance patient outcomes. In addition to her clinical and leadership responsibilities, she is an active educator and mentor, dedicated to shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
