Frederik Trinkmann
Prof Dr Frederik Trinkmann is Senior Pulmonologist at the Thoracic Clinic at Heidelberg University Hospital. He is also Principal Investigator at the German Center for Lung Research (DZL) in the fields of ""Asthma & Allergy"" and ""COPD"". He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Heidelberg. He has won several awards over the years which includes Poster Prize, German Society of Internal Medicine (Pneumology Section), Clinical Research Award, Pneumo Update Innsbruck, Certificate of Merit, European Congress of Radiology, Science Award of the Kurt and Erika Palm Foundation (2nd place), German Heart Foundation, and Science Award of Section 6, German Society of Pneumology. He is currently the member of German Society of Internal Medicine (DGIM), German Society of Pneumology (DGP), European Respiratory Society (ERS), and Lungenfunktion-leicht-gemacht e.V. (Treasurer). He has participated in scientific events such as 33rd Annual Meeting of the Spiroergometry Working Group in Mannheim (Conference President) and Mannheim bronchoscopy course (organization, implementation).
