Siti Hafsah Abd Halim

Dr. Siti Hafsah Abd Halim, MBBS (Monash Australia), Master of Public Health (UPM), and Doctorate of Public Health (DrPH), is a distinguished public health professional with 15 years of experience. Her career began in primary care at Klinik Kesihatan in Negeri Sembilan. She then spent five years with the Family Health Development Division (BPKK) at the KKM headquarters, where she played a key role in under-5 mortality surveillance and the development and implementation of children’s health policies and programs. Dr. Siti Hafsah’s postgraduate research focused on the use of child health record books and home injury prevention, underscoring her commitment to child health and safety.

In the past two years, Dr. Siti Hafsah has been dedicated to the TB and Leprosy Control Sector within the Disease Control Division at KKM headquarters. Her current responsibilities include monitoring the National TB registry, managing programmatic drug-resistant TB, and advancing the leprosy elimination program.
