Managing a TB patient who is pregnant is challenging enough. What more if she has Drug Resistant Tuberculosis. The is still a lot of doubt and hesitancy when it comes to treating DR TB in pregnancy because the evidence regarding the safety of the drugs are not very clear. In this lecture I would try to approach on how to manage this group of patients based on their severity and gestational period.
